Is there a program i can download that functions like mac's Widget dashboard thing but is for microsoft computers?
If so please list the link.
added on to that question can it use the widgets mac has made?

You can download widgets for Windows here. I don't think there's anything that works like Dashboard with the separated layer designated for them, but the widgets pretty much function the same way.
